Club Horses

ZUMAATY -  His 2021 form was over 1 mile 

and the races  worked out well and

after a few runs over the wrong

trip in winter 21/22 and more rest to 

strengthen up, he's now a very well 

handicapped horse and following 

a great 2nd and 3rd at Ayr and 2nd 

at Hamilton he bolted up at Ayr in 

October 2022 and won with plenty

 in hand.  He then won on the sand at Wolverhampton to give the club our

 1st winner of 2023.  

HAVANA PARTY 4 year old gelding by Havana Gold. Trained by Iain Jardine. He was a close 2nd at Hamilton and then won at Hamilton

in the style of a good horse and has also run a very close 3rd in a 66 to 85 race there and 2nd at Ayr. We expect 2023 to be his best year.

All is going to plan with Havana Party 

following a very easy first win of the season 

at Ayr in June to make it the 2nd Club 

winnerof 2023.   

SPANISH HUSTLE 4 year old gelding by Pearl Secret. Trained by Jim Goldie. 

Spanish Hustle was a big two-year-old and was given time to strengthen after he was purchased. 

He  won at Brighton in October 2021 at 66/1. We did have a bet on him that  day. He's been moved to Jim Goldie in Scotland and is nicely handicapped on the flat and over hurdles.

He has improved bundles for a wind operation

and won at 10/1 in June to make it the 3rd

club winner of 2023 and won again in July at Hamilton and was also 2nd at Musselburgh and 3rd at Catterick.  .
